Real estate is in my blood.  I was born into property development when my father was dredging and dividing the waterfront property in the Shelter Cove section of Toms River.  Since then, I have always been interested in real estate and in 1983 I decided to get my real estate license.  Every day has been a learning experience and I decided to obtain my broker’s license in 1987.  Till this day I am still learning, and I always pass this knowledge onto my customers.   

I am experienced in residential and commercial real estate.  I have been a broker manager of real estate offices, I read and review real estate title work, negotiate judgements, research and tract down old mortgages, and also helped real estate law attorneys with their paralegal requirements.  My background is all beneficial to you, the customer.  I can explain everything so you can have the best experience when buying or selling the American dream.
