Carmen Braunsdorf has been a lifelong resident of New Jersey.  She grew up in Central Jersey before settling down in Brick Township 15 years ago.  Prior to joining DeFelice Realty Group, she worked in the hospitality industry and served as a project manager for a premium and promotional items company.  In addition to real estate, Carmen is a highly respected elementary school teacher who serves the school community as Vice Chair for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.  Carmen is fluent in Spanish and regularly translates for Spanish speaking families.
